About Us

About the Website

This website serves as a simple introduction to what I do—offering businesses a fresh perspective and a path to improvement. Sometimes, the biggest obstacles to growth aren’t obvious from the inside. With nearly 29 years of experience, I’ve learned that an outsider’s perspective—someone without ties to your team, customers, vendors, or bank—can uncover the real reasons a business is struggling or failing to reach the next level. My role is to analyze your operations with an objective eye, identify areas for improvement, and help you implement changes that drive long-term success.

Beyond business consulting, I also specialize in assisting those caught in the cycle of predatory MCA loans. I’ve been in that situation myself and know how overwhelming the daily and weekly payment demands can be. While I can’t guarantee success in every case, I’ve had strong results negotiating extended terms, reducing owed amounts, and securing better repayment structures. These lenders are aggressive, and their tactics can cripple a business—but with the right strategy, there are ways to fight back.

This website is your starting point. If you’re looking for help, whether in restructuring your business, optimizing operations, or dealing with financial hardship, the first step is an initial consultation. That’s where we get to know each other, assess your situation, and determine if I’m the right fit to help you move forward.

My Approach: Direct, No-Nonsense, and Results-Driven

My tactics are straightforward—sometimes harsh—but always focused on getting results. When you hire me, we have a limited window to make real changes, and that means cutting through the noise. Everyone inside your company will have an opinion on what’s wrong, but my job isn’t to listen to excuses—it’s to find solutions.

Negotiating with vendors, improving pricing, and restructuring operations can be uncomfortable, especially for business owners who have long-standing relationships with suppliers. But I’ve learned that hesitation can cost you. If a vendor isn’t willing to work with us, we move on and find one who will. And more often than not, when they realize they’re losing your business, they come back with better terms—giving you the upper hand.

I don’t sugarcoat anything. If I see a problem, I’ll tell you. If I can’t help you, I’ll tell you that too. I don’t need your money—I charge for my time because this work takes me away from my businesses, my family, and my hobbies. I have a team, assistants, and secretaries who support me, and they have to be paid. But I’m not in this to get rich—I do it because I know firsthand that sometimes, having the right person in your corner can make all the difference.
